How does Clearly Coconut have less sugar and less calories than other coconut water brands?

Clearly Coconut contains less sugar and fewer calories than traditional coconut water because of its unique brewing process. Instead of bottling the juice from whole coconuts—which contains higher concentrations of natural sugars—we use a unique process to extract essential minerals and flavors while leaving behind much of the naturally occurring sugar and calories. The result is a clean, crisp beverage with a lighter nutritional profile.
